ALA note:
One of my projects at ALA was to help develop the Pardee Library for the Future of Africa. Thanks to the hard work of the new library manager Divine Kangame and others (Gavin, Fred, Library Board, Ryan, Ettie etc.) the library is open and they celebrated with an opening ceremony. This is a huge milestone--hopefully when you all visit ALA you can check it out! Until then a few pics and a video courtesy of ALA founder Fred Swaniker...
